The HTZ-2KLB weighing module is designed to meet the requirements of inventory and process weighing applications.
The gridless design (no stop or inspection bar), low profile, and uniform bolt spacing simplify installation on new containers or existing vessels.
The integral extended assembly, double cantilever design, and temperature-compensated full-bridge sensor minimize the effects of temperature, allowing for accurate measurements indoors or outdoors, in virtually any environment.
The ANSI/ASCE qualified design provides an effective balance between performance as a sensor and strength as a structural member, when earthquakes or wind resistance are structural design requirements. Side loads up to 100% of full-scale capacity caused by mixer torque, vibration, or other unrelated forces have virtually no impact on weight measurements.
Integral cable conduit fittings, sealed strain ports, and stainless steel sensors ensure long lifespan in wet or flushed locations.
高High overload capacity, ductile iron mounting hardware, and high-strength mounting bolts enable Z-BLOK to survive other failures.
