BLH Nobel GLT sensors provide stable, accurate, and repeatable performance for low-force network tension applications, with a wide range of operating tensions, small packing angles, or high roller weights to tension-force ratios. Performance is improved by 50%, while half-bridge semiconductor cells and drift are virtually eliminated.

Factory calibration provides a tightly matched output signal, eliminating the need for field calibration and costly recalibration after initial setup.
Zero and span settings remain stable for low-end tension forces in a wide range of applications. Transcription markings allow the GLT to be quickly aligned with the resulting tension.
Both the standard frame and optional pillow block mounting configurations are available for dead-axis roller assemblies.
The GLT series sensors for low-power network tension applications utilize differential bending beam sensors with a full Wheatstone bridge,
offering excellent stability, temperature, and performance specifications.
The variants are constructed of stainless steel for durability in corrosive environments.
Each unit can be rotated to measure the resulting tension, not just a component of the force.
Full-bridge electrical output calibration for each unit is within tolerances greater than 0.25%.
When combined with BLH Nobel Instruments, system calibration can be performed without the use of dead weight or other known force sources.
Zero and span settings also remain stable for low-end tension forces in a wide range of applications.
