The TCN-002 tension controller is a high-precision, highly integrated digital high-performance electronic instrument capable of automatically controlling the tension of sheet and strip materials. It mainly consists of three parts: a control board, a touch screen, and a chassis. It accepts various feedback sources: tension sensors, ultrasonic diameter gauges, potentiometers, speedometers, etc.; and controls various objects: magnetic powder brake clutches, pneumatic brake clutches (via E/P), frequency converters, DC speed controllers, etc.

1. High Integration – It integrates several commonly used tension control modes into a single board. The software provides specific controls for each mode and different workstations within each mode, allowing users to adjust settings according to their actual workstation requirements.

High Precision and Reliability – The software fully leverages advanced and mature control theories (PID/FC) and mathematical models from contemporary industrial control, and has undergone extensive and prolonged optimization and testing in experimental equipment and factory settings, ensuring high efficiency, high precision, and high reliability.
