Product Overview

The DG series drive and guide mechanism comprises a servo driver and a guide mechanism. Driven by the driver, the guide mechanism moves along a specific geometric trajectory, causing the lateral position of the strip material passing through it to change due to lateral friction and cross-sectional tension distribution.

1. Primarily used in label printing, hygiene products, and packaging industries;
2. Aviation connector wiring for convenience and safety;
3. Extensive use of aluminum alloy effectively reduces drive inertia and shortens response time;
4. Special guide rail design enables high-precision connection of moving parts, allowing for stable operation without vibration at a response frequency of 4Hz when coordinated with control;
5. Can be equipped with a probe drive frame;
6. Maximum application tension 400~450N;
7. Optional infrared or ultrasonic probe;
8. Specially designed motion trajectory optimizes material alignment;
