II. System Composition
Correction System Composition
The material belt position is detected by a photoelectric sensor and processed by a microcontroller. The amount and direction of material belt movement are determined based on relevant keyboard settings. Motor forward and reverse rotation is achieved through a drive circuit, achieving the desired correction effect. This is an edge position control type EPC automatic correction controller. The drive unit of the EPC device is a "stepper motor ball screw"; the drive unit of the EPC device is a "low-speed synchronous motor ball screw" or a "hydraulic station hydraulic cylinder".
EPC Equipment
The control unit of the line position control type LPC device is composed of a microcontroller. Users can freely adjust the stepper motor speed according to the material's running speed, thus obtaining good control accuracy; the stepper motor rotation direction changes instantaneously, and the operation is smooth without vibration.
LPC Equipment
The control unit of the centerline position control type CPC device is composed of a microcontroller. Its basic functions are the same as the EPC type photoelectric controller, but it has a slight abrupt change and the control speed is slower than the EPC type. The CPC photoelectric controller can replace the drive unit, combined with a solenoid valve driver to drive the hydraulic cylinder, forming a hydraulic correction system.
