Vacuum adsorption rollers are frequently used in the production of rolled materials, paper, and film. The main purpose of this equipment is to improve the standardization of the produced materials and reduce the possibility of foreign objects such as air inside. During the use of adsorption rollers, it is necessary to actively maintain and service them to extend the equipment's lifespan and improve production efficiency.
  After using vacuum adsorption rollers, performing the following tasks can further extend the equipment's service life:
  1. Before using the adsorption rollers, the inner wall of the roller and the vacuum chamber suction port sealing strip need to be broken in. Run the entire roller to ensure better adhesion between the sealing strip and the inner wall. After rotating for a period of time, check the adhesion between the sealing strip and the inner wall. Only after a good fit can subsequent formal use begin.
  2. Before starting formal production, ensure that the water, electricity, and air supply components are cleaned, lubricated, and inspected. Inadequate preparation will significantly increase the probability of equipment malfunctions during operation.
  3. During the application of vacuum adsorption rollers, regular equipment inspections are essential. If any vacuum system problems occur, the machine should be stopped for core removal and inspection. If abnormalities such as leaking sealing water or damaged sealing strips are found, the affected parts should be replaced promptly.

  Maintenance during vacuum pump application:
  1. Regularly clean the adsorption rollers to ensure the pores on the roller body are clear.
  2. Inspect the roller bearings daily and perform a thorough cleaning annually, including regular oil changes.
  3. Regularly check the pressure gauges of the vacuum adsorption rollers for leaks such as air or water.
