What is a Web Alignment Controller?

It is primarily a device that corrects the position of roll-to-roll materials during the production and transfer process. It has automatic detection, tracking, and adjustment capabilities, and can detect and correct deviations in the production processes of roll-to-roll, paper, or film products, improving their production quality. Specific Applications of Web Alignment Controllers in Roll-to-Roll Production

Roll Winding

During the roll-to-roll production process, the sensor probes of the controller are installed on a position that moves along with the winding machine. Throughout the production process, the controller's drive and correction of the lead screw and hydraulic cylinder ensures the entire coil probe remains aligned, improving the uniformity of the coil winding process.

Material Unwinding

Similar to the coil winding process, the automatic correction function of the lead screw or hydraulic cylinder ensures the unwound material moves steadily and accurately across the worktable.

Intermediate Deviation Correction Controller

During the entire material movement process, devices such as deviation correction controllers reduce the possibility of deviations in the travel direction caused by excessive coil length.
