Installing a web guiding controller on automated equipment offers several advantages:
1. Caching Production Data
Automated equipment often has relatively low I/O speeds, while its CPU and RAM are very fast. Adding a web guiding controller allows for caching of unstored server data when outputting relevant information before transmitting it to the I/O machines.
2. Correcting Operational Errors
During the operation of automated equipment, the web guiding controller checks the relevant work information and instructions transmitted by the machine. If errors are found in the transmitted information, an error report is sent to the CPU for correction. This ensures the accuracy of the output data.
3. Data Transmission
The correction device transmits data between the CPU and the controller. Before data transmission, the CPU acquires information, verifies the data, and then transmits it to the correction controller and finally to the automated machinery to complete normal production and operation instructions.
4. Receiving and Identifying CPU Instructions
The CPU is the initiator of instructions for the automated machinery. After receiving the instructions, the correction controller decomposes and identifies them to better monitor the operation of the entire automated equipment.
