In current industrial production, for example, deviations can occur during the production of roll materials. In such cases, photoelectric correction sensors are needed to effectively prevent deviations. What issues should be considered during use?

When using this equipment, it's important to note that the photoelectric sensor is located above the roller. To prevent malfunctions in this part, direct light should be shone onto a small area of material vibration to check for any perpendicularity to the tangent. If this is found, it needs immediate correction. Regarding correction accuracy, the first issue is adjusting the light spot position; one should be adjusted first, then the other.

Regarding the alignment mode, it's important to note that in a balanced state, the photoelectric sensor output signals are the same. However, in the opposite-edge mode, the output signals are reversed in a balanced state. When the limit switch is activated, the synchronous motor will emit frequent alarm sounds. In this situation, the necessary measure is to promptly find the balance point by adjusting the material, usually manually. If the left limit switch is activated, the material's position can only be adjusted using the right button. However, when the right limit switch is activated, adjustment can only be made using the left button, while the limit switches have directional differences. Furthermore, in case of unexpected situations requiring intermittent operation, in most cases, manual adjustment is sufficient; there is no need to turn off the power to the photoelectric correction sensor.
